Melissa & Ean : E-Session

This past weekend, we photographed Melissa & Ean's E-Session. It was so much fun! They got a little hurt tackling each other, but I think they'd agree with me when I say, it was SO worth it. Click on the picture to view their pictures.

Saturday, I also photographed a group of 12 Notre Dame seniors. As cold as it was, they did an awesome job and their pictures turned out beautiful. (again, click on the picture to view their session)

Albums

I decided to post a sneak peak at an example of our Designer Wedding Albums. As it is just a sneak peak of an album that was recently ordered, Chris is preparing a slide show of the album. Stay tuned for more updates.

I leave for Myrtle Beach on Wednesday and I can't wait. My new camera, Canon 30D, should be in by then and I'm so excited. I'm ready for some fun in the sun, trash the dress, and a highly anticipated beach wedding. Stay tuned for that. I'll try to blog before that, I have some pictures from this weekend with Josie I still want to post. I'm not sure if I'll have WiFi in Myrtle Beach, but none the less, I'll have the laptop with me.

E-Sessions

I guess I'm a little behind on keeping up with our e-sessions. I posted them on our business blog instead of my personal blog. Instead of creating an entirely new blog for each session, here's a couple sneak peaks. Click on the picture of the e-session you want to view. Enjoy.

Ps. We have a session tomorrow at Notre Dame with a dozen ND senior girls. Then, in the evening, we have another E-session with Melissa & Ean. I will get those posted faster than I got these posted.

Wedding Pictures

I wanted to let everyone know that we finally got Jared & Jalayne's wedding pictures done and on the website. Here's a sneak peak. Click on the picture to go see the slide show. This was so much fun to second shoot for Christi with Chris. This is a great example of what our brides can expect for their weddings. Enjoy everyone!

Introducing the 4th Tooth

Bryce now has his bottom two teeth and top two teeth. By no means is he stopping here, I'm pretty sure he's continuing to cut more. I noticed the 4th tooth after Josie left so we'll have to wait until Friday to show her.

As for the video of her reaction to him crawling, he wouldn't perform. However, I do have video of her performing and Bryce is clapping. That was exciting to her.

Also, here is the video of Bryce trying to attack Chris's burger.

Tooth Nos. 2 & 3

Last night, Bryce's bottom tooth FINALLY broke through. He was still cranky and I wondered why. This morning, he was laying in my lap and was smiling at me upside down. I noticed his top two teeth looked like they were close to poking through as well (that would explain the craziness of this week) so I felt around his gums. One of the top teeth poked through over night. He's been a pretty happy baby today. I took him shopping today and he had so much fun until mommy wouldn't let him put dirty cart parts in his mouth. I bought him "baby biscuits". Not recommended when you don't have baby wipes on hand. YUCK! It was a good thing we came straight home.

We have Josie this weekend (in about 3 hours she'll be here) and we plan on taking the baby gates down and having her see first hand that her baby brother can crawl. You can expect I'll be posting that video on here soon. I just have to figure out why blogger won't let the sound come through on the video of him crawling (I say "YAY! Good boy" in the background of that video). I got one of him trying to attack Chris's burger last night, so that will be posted too.

Have a good weekend everybody.

Baby Jonathan

I had Michelle bring baby Jonathan over for his newborn pictures on Friday. He's so little and tiny, I ate up the newborn stage while he was here. He was surprisingly awake the entire time and wasn't a very happy camper, but he was a trooper and I was very pleased with the collage I was able to make with the images.

One Word: Cute

Bryce decided he was done with relying on us to get him where he wanted to go. He's been scooting backwards and rolling like a log, but today, he began his journey into crawling. I video taped it with the cell phone I use to answer my dad's business phone with. This is too cute. Enjoy.

Don't mind the horrible videography, I'm a photographer, not a videographer. Maybe my father-in-law could do better. Hmm... That sounds like reason enough for another visit, maybe we'll come out there.

Makeup Anyone?

On my way trying to find Explorations Toys, I found this cute little cosmetics shop. After photographing the toy shop, I made my way over to the makeup shop. I was in heaven. It is such a cute little place that is perfect for the modern woman. I grabbed a few price cards, business cards, and talked with an employee there. Camellia has my vote. After talking with the employee, I decided to offer my services as a photographer if they would be interested. I would recommend them to all of my brides. They will either do your makeup in-store or on-location. It's $25 in-store, I'm not sure what it is on-location. They are worth looking into.

Birthday Pictures

For my birthday, a week ago, my sister took me out to lunch and my mom made me pot roast (mmm... my fave!). I'm not sure why I haven't touched the images from that day, but I decided to do so. So, here they are.
My BEAUTIFUL niece, Rylee
My HAHNDSOME nephew, Aden
That must be where Bryce gets it from.

Pictures galore

What a weekend. We second shot a wedding yesterday for Christi. It was SO beautiful, classy and elegant. I was so honored to photograph for them. I cannot wait to post some pictures.

Today I photographed Courtney and Derek's engagement session. What a cute couple. I cannot wait for their wedding. I will post a few pics after I'm done editing and also after they have a chance to see them and give me the heads up. I won't be able to post anything from their wedding because of military rules. As my husband is a veteran, I can respect that.

Bryce is sick with a pretty bad cough and waterfall of a nose. Poor little guy. He's been very clingy to me, not really wanting too much of Chris. I hope he does okay for Chris when I go back to work tomorrow (I will write more on that later).

I'm posting the following image of my step-son's baby at 11 weeks incubated. I miss the pregnancy days, but not enough to do it again.
It's starting to become a little more real. I'm happy for them. I hear that Chris and Jaymee are getting married and the baby is due sometime in November. Good luck guys!

More weekend pictures

This time these were taken by Chris. I, of course, had to post them.

My favorite

Needless to say, my husband is amazing behind the camera and in Lightroom and Photoshop.

Ps. Happy Birthday Grandpa! We miss you!
